alt.horror.werewolves
alt.horror.werewolves (aka AHWW or AHW) was originally grouped November 16, 1992, as a logical extension of the alt.horror hierarchy. It was a place where people discussed werewolves in media, but it evolved into a place for people feeling like weres and feeling like animals. This is one of the first alterhuman groups on the internet, and maybe the first.
What I'm attempting here is to be an archive for the group and get whatever I can. But I'm afraid not much survived because they didn't want it to survive. However, everything is forever on the internet and I was able to find something. But please, take everything from now on with a grain of salt.
What I found is with the help of the wayback machine and the 3rd page of google, but dates seem to match.

They might have nuked the thing in February 2026, as the "Form 2" link doesn't work for me and that's the most recent on the wayback machine. I was devastated when I saw this because I was really passionate about this and preserving it. This is not what I expected to see when I started writing this. Hell- THAT FORUM IS THE REASON THIS SITE EXISTS! Read the "Our History" part on the Core FAQ. That is what inspired me to be the person who does this. But, as long as it lives on *somewhere*, it's better than being erased.
